Shenzhen Powerstar Technology Co., Ltd warrants to the buyer that all new equipment purchased through Powerstar or one of our authorized dealers will be free from material for at least twelve (12) months under normal use and service and workmanship defects. Original invoice date.

The warranty does not apply to any damage caused by the Shenzhen Powerstar Technology Co., Ltd service department in the opinion of misuse, alteration, accident or abnormal operating or handling conditions. If the warranty sticker on the device shows signs of tampering, the warranty is void.

Shenzhen Powerstar Technology Co., Ltd does not assume the risk of equipment damage during transportation to Powerstar. If Shenzhen Powerstar Technology Co., Ltd determines that the defect is not covered or not covered by warranty, Shenzhen Powerstar Technology Co., Ltd will estimate repair and service costs and obtain the Buyer’s authorization.

Powerstar is not responsible for any custom configuration information or memory data contained in or stored with customer information in any product returned to Shenzhen Powerstar Technology Co., Ltd under any warranty, repair or recertification.
