Powerstar create a soft, even and comfortable light environment in the bookshop by laying out different area lighting. Bringing a healthy and comfortable lighting environment for customers to protect their eyes and enjoy reading, also increasing the hierarchy of the space, shows the characteristics and charm of the bookshop and promotes customers’ desire to buy.Studies have shown that prolonged reading, dazzling light can reduce one’s ability to read, leading to visual fatigue, headaches and physical discomfort. We use UGR<15 track light with a CRI 90 above in the bookstore. Depending on different scene, choosing light angle of 20 to 60° , with a light source of around 3000K used in the focus area and a low colour temperature used in the rest area to create a warm and relaxing feeling. The overall light in the bookstore is even and soft, improving the visual comfort of customers when reading.
